At Lolo, we want you to love every purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all eligible items. Simply ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Lolo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
